The BO would need some changes in T4 (Tanks - Destro side) @final rel. but there is still time for that^^

i think i had some discussions on the ofi. forums about that once with Penril - i still say the same:
BO full DPS is such a wasted capability - there are so many better ways to get him usefull for a 6slot (or even duo) - even with a medium amount ...
