We all know that those 2 classes have really messed up mastery trees, and we have the most useful buff in the most useless path. 1) No one really needs Str/Resistance buffs these days, it's always WP/Ini people wish for in properly built WB and party. 2) No one really runs in 2-nd Mastery tree, and ...

Rollback needed indeed. Lots of people rocket leveled to 32 + the big kill quest for 150 was farmed like hell.
