Can not interact with vendors and everything in inv is gone

Hello to everyone, i have a big problem with my inventory. Since the last hotfix all of my items are gone. Talis,Potions,Gear,horse,book,... everything. I have heared that this was a vendor bug and i can buy my whole stuff back at any vendor. Ok i tried, but the next problem appeared... It's not ...
