Return of Reckoning

I was making some Tali's this morning and apparently i got banned i dont belive i did anything wrong. Was Grinding some low level tali's for new and old players got d/c'd and now it says "your Account is not active" I dont think i did anything wrong can someone help or See why i was banned?
