Since the Patch the Champions lvl 26-28 Runebought Branchwraith in Saphery 9.3k 1.6k cant be scavenged anymore and give any loot.

Are the lvl 39/40 NPC changed for Destro yet?

Hiya, thanks for the big Patch!

It says that there are Plaguesworn Denizen NPCS boosted to lvl 39/40.
The only NPCS i found in all of IC are at their usual level around 34.
Did they not get implemented yet?
