Heard about this server from friends, and was amazed to see the game i once loved being so well done despite having to do much from the scratch, really big props to the Dev-team, wish i could support you in some way ...

As it was said, people have their own Teamspeaks that they use/there are many free ones that people can group into. Its nice of you to offer the community one, but...If it has no use, shouldnt you close it?
You cant obviously force people there, and asking them why they are not using your server is ...
