SBecause it is considered a spell and thus can be disrupted. It makes no sense on a melee class. Fetch is on the physical school and can be parried/blocked, TE is on the magic school and can be disrupted blocked. Why is it so bad then? -Fetch has a much better implementation but is less usefull for ...

Im level 40 and my damage is weaker then I was when I was 35. I got better gear and weps on I also equipped my 4th tatic " Piercing Bite" Mutated ability's ignores enemy armor by 50% .
