They should do what Mythic should have done from the start and get rid of stealth. Make both classes agile glass cannon dps that specialise in executing low health targets. Because guarding the jail isn't the objective, taking the fort is. The attackers should be free to weigh up the risk reward of more bodies in lord room for def/lord dps over having to repel repeat retake attempts from the defenders due to not guarding jail. I honestly think it's fine the way it is. I did it a few weeks ago, got wiped a few times, wiped Destro a few times and it was fun. In the end it took 3-4 sessions over about 4 days to get them all. If you reduce the timers then groups will be less inclined to fight over them which would be a shame....
