Check to make sure the read-only option of the Warhammer folder is unchecked and make sure to Run as Administrator. Also, make sure you are using the RoR launcher, not the WAR.exe launcher.

Awesome, the issue was that my folder was checked as read-only.
I unchecked that option under properties ...
