I am not sure if this has been requested before or not. But I think if you could make it where you don't deblooster after dying in RVR it would help the low level player experience and game performance in general when not on a level 40 player.

I think we are getting off topic here. To me I don't see how this any different than Tzeentch's firestorm or Rain of fire stacking. Also another fact that no one has pointed out you could put this on a witch hunter as well. This shouldn't stack. If someone could make a valid point on why it should ...
