I realized my last suggestion wasn't great.

Suggestion: Change detaunts to move devs to a safe zone so they can focus more closely on locking forum threads/banning players that appear or intend to be constructive.

While the old dot+detaunt was absurd, the current state isn't great. Sometimes it is hard to foresee 15 or 24 seconds ahead to know if casting a DoT is risky.
