Return of Reckoning

windows 7 64 bits

downloaded the client again but still doesn't work and the launcher works. i just have a black screen except UI so i can choose a server and create a character (random, i can't see it). And when i try to play, the game crash in the loading screen for the starting zone. Any ideas?

it crash in loading screen for Norsca. it just say "Warhammer Online:Age of Reckoning ceased to work"

i have the same issue so i create a character randomly to be able to go in game and type the commands you gave but game crashed. Any help please?
