Well, don`t wanna flame here, but it`s one of the 3 essential slayer abilities, to nerf it, makes a slayer spec in just one tree and become obsolete. Thanks for the info, but that`s not what I meant to say.

When you attack with shatter limbs, it does damage to your target, but does not apply the debuff on it sometimes (lately most of the times), even though the attack wasn`t parried / blocked etc.

Lately I've noticed shatter limbs does damage to the target, bit doesn't apply to it with the debuff. Attack is not parried or defended.

So wondering, is it just me?
