Am I missing these large scale changes for tanks? It's super early so possible, but it looked as if every change was one target or tank+1. None of the tank changes seem impactful to large scale.

Your goals are your own, as is your fun. However, I've found having gear to play in multiple ways and experiment with has helped keep the game fun for me. My KotBS is BiS for multiple builds, and I know as well that he's gear-safe from future changes that may come.

Lot of really great ideas in here that at the very least could be seeds of something more.

Perhaps a mechanism that improves your extra specialty ranks for wearing a full set of Sov every 10 ranks. So at 90, if you wear full sov you get a +1 mastery, at 100 +2. Most classes don't currently wear ...

Glad to see work done on this area of the game. As mentioned, the best way to ensure quality is testing, but this needs bodies. Maybe schedule an "official scenario testing" window from x - y on date z for people to sign up for?
