So far I can confirm the Death Shroud Cape does not work. Got my 5 blades but no unlock or anything.

So there's that if anyone is looking to get that cape.

(Also kinda disappointed the 'People Pop Up' tome entry for killing the Plagued Farmer in Nordland doesn't seem to work. Man I wanted that ...
