Naja - wenns denn dein Account ist, kann ich dir sagen das auf dem Account der die Characternamen "Grabnek" und "Alos" enthält noch alle
Charactere vorhanden sind - keiner ist gelöscht und mit dem Account gibt es keine Probleme. Bitte sende von der Mailadresse die mit diesem Account verknüpft ist ...

Das selbe Problem habe ich auch. Eine Pause von Anfang Dezember bis Ende Januar und der Account war leer.
Habe nur ein Set Login-Daten und eigentlich müssten 19 Charakter erscheinen.


Erinnerst du dich an einen deiner Characternamen? Ein Check auf dem Account mit dem du hier postest

Thanks for the hint, not a big fan of the "enter your mobile phone number to verify", though. :/
Maybe someone can have a look into it without the discord ...

After a month break I tried to login to the game. Had a weird launcher update but was able to start the game, with my char list wiped, though.
Game let me create a new char and play with no issue then.

Any chance to bring back my accounts old state?
