Tried out running 2 cores on Ryzen 5 3600, totally worse than normal 12 threads. Yeah i tried changing to single core affinity via task manager and it was noticably worse performance that resulted in my aborting that attempted fix after 2 tries and seeing nothing positive. From what i can tell the game is extremely laggy atm, maybe server side, but i suspect there's a client side memory leak either from a recent windows update or a game patch, but doesn't seem to affect everyone

I suspect most of this is essentially server lag, so sometimes you are getting hit with projectiles and spells that were cast a few seconds earlier when they did have line of sight, and by the time they do land you have moved. Many abilities also only check LoS when started, so they can still fire ...

according to interwebz it's fixed by enabling admin rights, making sure .net framework is up to date, windows update is also up to date, reinstalling the game (from a fresh d/l would be wise) and/or reinstalling DX9. I would start by making sure it runs in admin mode, then updating .net and win ...

did you try loading one of the preset profiles? I use the classic one and it sorted my lag issue as well as shows all the data i want correctly...
