For Solo Kills in SC's, shouldn't there also be a 'no friendly healing received' check? It's not really a solo kill if I kill a Slayer while a Zealot is spam healing me.

That would certainly be an undertaking. When I was playing around with UE4 a while back I considered rebuilding certain scenarios as practice with the engine, but never got around to it. Unfortunately both sides complain about each others classes. I have only been around this year and it looks like order classes were originally too strong and have received fix's/nerfs over the years which order players understandably dont like whilst only a few destro classes have received outright ...
