These changes are unnecessary. IMO the healer classes needed minor tweaks, not an overhaul. Even with DoK/WP, for example, book/chalice being so weak in its current state is a result of former dev decisions, such as nerfing the resource management. This patch is paying attention to the wrong things ...

Full sov is the way to go. Anticrit is an insanely strong ability, if you're running anything other than that you're wrong!
