First of all thanks all the devs and community who gave 2nd life to this game, it was a lot of fun!

Things that will help me to come back to this game again:
1) Class rebalance. Make big rebalance once a half a year. Remove half of the skills if needed. There is no need for 4 dots on AM, infinite ...

You'll need an Invader-level set before you can buy Warlord/Sov. The Invader-level sets are Invader, Victorious (typically upgraded Oppressor) or Triumphant (typically upgraded Vanquisher). The rings in those 3 sets are not needed to unlock Warlord/Sov.

DPS AMs is the only class I have time to play, so...
What is the gearing path to sov gear now or is there other BIS gear? Can I avoid heal invader gear tier?

As I remember DPS AMs were not changed (improved) for last couple of years, and we all wait for some balance patch.

Hi. Yes it is exactly the issue.
As poster specified - changing client to 32bit solves the issue - now I have normal 60% speed and not lagging behind.

velocity mods don't say anything

Have a problem with the speed of my mounts.

Have a standard 100g 60% horse, however it rides way slower than it should be (as 50% or slower).
In result I always lagging behind my teammates or warbands.

It is not a lag, since there are no teleportation of me or people around me.
