Re: Patch Notes 15/7/17
The math behind the 10s icd is pretty simple. If morale is in 10 morale/s region, Bolstering Boon pumps 70 morale per cast, scaling up to 250 morale per cast depending on enemies nearby. Quote by aza. (250/3,6 = 69,44) According to this chosen should get 200/3,6 (no modificator)~ 56 moral every 3s ...

Re: Patch Notes 29/05/17
Washette - Damage mitigation on keep lord is scaled from -0% (if one opponent) to -75% (if 200+ opponents). This behaviour replaces the previous static -75% damage mitigation. (Note this is the base lord resistance, how it interacts with abilities needs to be monitored) - Be careful if you approach ...

[Implemented] [Warrior Priest] Absence of Faith
I suggest to change Absence of Faith, the WPs healdebuff, to a 50% (atm 25%) incoming healdebuff and reduce its cooldown to 10s (atm 20s). Making WP hd equal to the hd of other mdps like witchelf, choppa, slayer and witchhunter in terms of length and cd. Which would still leave it to be the worst hd ...

Re: Goblin Racial Tactic "RUN AWAY!"
Guys, this is an appeal not a discussion.
The appeal is bad and there wont be a discussion anyways.
Waiting for Gerv to post balance topic rules and close....

Re: Balance Discussion forums are now Open
Does it make sense to make a balance proposal for a class that was once supposed to receive a full overhaul? (wp,dok, kobs, chosen)
Not that someone makes a lot of effort and the proposal gets rejected for "this class needs to change completely".

Re: Great job
My GM's file their paperwork, include evidence for the ban, and inform the player of their transgression and punishment. During an appeal, I check the paperwork, review the evidence, and listen to player testimony as to why their appeal in unjust. Makes it sound as if that applied to every ban in ...

Should be a good watch, with hopefully a few surprise results!

Re: BLOODBATH - AM/Shaman experimental changes
I disagree with your assement of rdps not profiting from life tap heal. rly? The argument is still true, even with you nitpicking ;). the least = relative not = absolute I thought you were a scientist Cimba. Is this nitpicking? I need to contact your professor. :P #friendlybanter I made my point ...

Re: BLOODBATH - AM/Shaman experimental changes
How do you know it's a flaw though? What's your reference performance from which you gauge something is out of bounds? Because the ability in question looks like a pretty damn hard counter to 4 man melee trains. I bet it would perform vastly inferior against rdps setups. Or even split melee trains ...
