Elven please help me when I open the game with the launcher I cant see characters, server nothing only credits setting and you know. can you help me ;

Elven I just downloaed the game and the launcher but when I open the launcher I'm joining the game and I can see only credits , cinematic,settings and I don't see the characters and servers can you heko me:!!: sorry for my bad English
