except that there cannot be a population imbalance in scs since in the end it is always 12v12 or in BFP 18v18
the problem is people not choosing to join till the full 2 mins up
so it STARTS imbalanced but it ENDS balanced
I have queued and gotten into SC's that are 7 or 8 minutes into the match ...
