Use 7zip ... it has a very in depth options list ... easy to use ... free ... and I so far have not found anything it cant open ... not to mention you can look inside any archive without unpacking the archive ...

also I have not experienced any addware, malware, viruses or any such other garbage ...

I might be missing it somewhere in the jumble of threads ... or it just might not be here at all ...

so ... my suggestion ... Make a sticky with download links for the game as well as any mods or other addons ...
