Re: I'm falling in love with SC's

These SC's this weekend have been an absolute blast. You win some, you lose some. You get stomped on occasion or you do the stomping. You fight in a blob, toe to toe, you fight off in the corner of the map in a 2v2. Que up on you BIS main or on your fresh 40 and have a good experience either way ...

Re: Without Lockout Timer

Believe or not, but numbers still matters.
No organized WB wants to play on a side, where the enemy has 40% AAO or worse. That means no good fights, no good kills, no fun.
(Not talking about TUP here - no comment.)
In EU primetime, believe or not, the guilds know each other well. So usually when ...

Re: The Lamentations of a Shadow Warrior

The changes (nerfs) to Festering arrow and Broadhead arrow were needed. Ranged SW was too strong before the patch.
Assault SW feels pretty strong right now, especially in SCs.

On the other hand, Engi and Magus - they both deserved some boost, but now I think it is too much. In every open field ...

Re: Without Lockout Timer

Good organized guilds switches to the AAO side, so they can have better fights and more kills.
That is the way.

Re: [PTS] melee squig herder feedback

i was trying to play msh couple of days and already defensive is crap, after changes it will be unplayable.

It looks like intended nerf to make sh range only

With bonus armor, wounds buff and that Sneaky Git tactic, the defense was good, If you put some points into Futile Strikes, Reflexes and ...

Re: [PTS] melee squig herder feedback

A melee character, fighting at melee range, should have the choice to detaunt enemies around you. Sneaky Git was compensating the lack of that ability. Now it is gone and melee squig will be more squishy.
Is this the right move?

Re: [PTS] melee squig herder feedback

The squig is an NPC and shouldn't be able to detaunt. The protection you get from being inside one of your pets is the payoff. At least that would seem to be the devs design intent.

That is an interesting idea.
But for the purpose of a game mechanic, look at it as like just another character ...

Re: [PTS] melee squig herder feedback

Then let me add that we are living in the maxed armor penetration world meta now.
Armor is good to have, but any solid attacker is bypassing it as much as he can.

Re: [PTS] melee squig herder feedback

That tactic - Whazat Behind You ?! - does not fit well into a melee build.

[PTS] melee squig herder feedback

Any melee squig must fight at melee range - directly in the heat of the battle.
So the ability to survive is a very important, and the same apply to his mirror - the Assault Shadow Warrior.

While Shadow Warrior in Assault Stance got AOE detaunt for 5 sec (additional effect for Distracting Shot ...
