On a possibly related note, is there any recourse for dealing with players that intentionally abuse “misplaced” max-level NPCs in RvR?

Oi!
Evenin', folks. Went by "Flakshot" back during live on Gorefang (I think). Ran with a Dwarf RP Guild "Hammer and Anvil". Just made an Engineer using the same name. Hope to have some good fights with y'all. And I apologize ahead of time for all the stupid questions I'm gonna ask in /advice.
