Does that mean that Shatter Limbs is now :
- 45 AP cost
- Ae melee range skill [edit]I'm wrong on this one as stated bellow[/edit]
- 20 secondes cd
- With "bad" dmg
- No effect on 1 or 2 target
- 1sec effect on 3
- 3sec effect on 5
- 5sec effect on 7+ ?
