Return of Reckoning

My game crashed, and when I try to log in it gives me this message.

Whenever I buy a renown ability to buff a stat, it ends up saying that I've spent the points, and I get a bonus for a while. And then it undoes what I just purchased.

And it also asks for a disc. I'm not sure if I've downloaded it wrong, but I'll try redownloading.

Every so often I get this message.

No I have not.

My game is logging in, coming up with the loading screen, and the moment that's done it crashes. Any chance I could get some aid?
