If you have a brand new account and cannot login, please just make a new one and set up a very simple, all lower-case, no numbers, no special characters password. You should be able to play then. Still does not work, can log into forum with both accounts fine, but can't log into game. Also just to ...

Just downloaded the game, entered my username and password, had invalid username/password.
I had special characters so changed the password to alpha numeric. I am still have the same issue stating invalid username/password. I changed pw to just lowercase and still unable to login.
