All I'm saying is that RA is in a really bad state right now. I'm not talking about whether WE is overpowered or has been buffed in other areas of the game. The feedback is specifically about Ruthless Assault.

Even if its damage gets buffed, the skill is still practically unplayable because it's so ...

When i just start playing RoR i was thinking this is a bug and making bug report- devs said "work as intended", so everything fine :]

The only one thing that devs must give WEs if they want them to stay on target - its slow. Just take bloody "Puncture" (which is most USELESS finisher in game, which no one using...) and add slow to it. Like 10% for each combo point for 12sec.
And jump must be reverted back, to be used only from ...

Since:

**Ruthless Assault** had its range reduced from **30 ft to 5 ft**, it has become extremely difficult to consistently land a full channel. 83% range reduction

There is simply too much movement and disruption in fights, and **Witch Elf** lacks the tools needed to reliably keep targets ...

I would go even further and create versions of BiS weapons without proc effects, just pure stats with no crit. For example, a BiS offensive weapon would only have STR, Weapon Skill, and Wounds. No, crit, AP, parry, or other secondary effects, just raw stats. Would bet many players would like it.

Very low dmg WE IMO, auto atacks for sub 100 dmg. The way I see is a player with regen gear versus one without.

You can't complain about WE without complaining about WH, which is stronger. There has been an influx of new player over the past year + with more being on order and a lot are going to the forums when they die to a WE when they were out of position. None of those things you mention are as ...
