i ment that we all got problem in game with very fast resp of mobs. have u any idea when it will be fixxed?

hi, im new in thise game and i have many may problems withs bugs bigest problem is that monsters respawn to fast that u cant make any quest alone....another one is that one time i get 10 lvl when i was figting stronger mobs another i didnt and fight mobs on 8 lvl with my lvl 4...plz resolve that if ...

also quests from first 2 viliges probebly more than that are not avalible, they shown over npc heads but after takin them they are not avalible.
