If you've got Buffhead, then /buffhead cache

Use your abilities, then hit refresh on the cache window and you'll see ability names and IDs. Can be useful as some abilties have 2 IDs, one for initial effect and one for lingering effect like a HoT.

This is just the first pass at balancing tier 4 weapons, and imo its clear they haven't gotten it correct. They've given procs far higher importance than they have deserved, which has resulted in some of the PvE weapons which dont have procs looking much stronger than they previously did.

We did get a tank patch over a year ago, I can't remember it changing much. A few tactics here and there, we got a single-target punt, and You Wot? was returned to us in the dps tree.
