Whilst my DoK is low ranked and somewhat undergeared, I'm hoping to level him up in the next year and so im planning on some annulus rings.
I'll be making 2x Emerald rings for chalice spec, but im looking for suggestions for dual wield and shield specs.
I'm assuming 2x Ruby for dual wield, would ...

Re: New Player Experience: Reward Scenarios
Following up in June: Current SC rewards feel very balanced for R40 at this time during the 50% bonus weekend events.
I have not run SCs on weekdays.
I think there could be more “motivation “ to do SCs, a new currency like champion marks could be a route to being motivation.
Back in the day, u use ...

Re: WAAAGH… RIP.
I think it's worth remember that this game has a pretty steep power curve, something that is always negative for a PvP game.
I'm someone that only solos or small scale roams. I love it! And I also find it more rewarding than blobbing. But it's also something that is only really possible with BiS ...

Re: small group/solo bo gear?
I personally run 5 warlord, 3 off-sov. Jewelry is 2x genesis of warrior, sent/vic, and warlord. For weapon, I use fortress. You can look me up on killboard (Spitt) to see exactly what I have.
This gives me about 850str, 9k HP, some regen, and about 53% parry. With parry buff, plus stance buff, my ...

Re: New Player Experience: Reward Scenarios
Secondly, renown gain from scenarios is absolutely fine in comparison to RvR. The issue is XP. You get so much XP from scenarios that if you choose to level via scenarios, your renown rank can't keep up with your level.
What you said here is absolutely true. However it is also true that if, as ...

Re: Help for returning Shammy
This is my standard DPS build:
RoR.builders - Shaman
Seems to work out pretty well for me, though admittedly i havent been playing my shaman much of late. Spec gives me 4 DoTs, the puddle, plus decent self healing from FodG. I spec for a decent amount of crit, so burst of waaagh helps give me ...

[BO] Builds involving tri or vic
Hi folks,
So, I've nearly got enough crests for the 10k ring so im looking for advice on builds that involve either triumphant or victorious gear. I rarely see BOs using either and to be honest I kinda dismissed both when I was first getting my endgame gear. But, im sure some of you have some good ...

Re: New Player Experience: Reward Scenarios
1.The simple truth is that the population on RoR isn't large enough to support both good matchmaking and quick pops. So, our choice is better balanced fights or quick pops, we can't have both. We've been through this before, and im sure we will again, as the community changes its mind on what ...

Re: New Player Experience: Reward Scenarios
There are a few things at play here that are affecting you.
First, we recently had an update to the scenario matchmaking system. The goal was to make scenarios more balanced and to ensure that premades face other premades. The update has largely been successful in these aims, but the side-effect ...

Re: Shaman Healer
Hopefully you will read this. I haven't played this since retail, so thanks for those builds. I'm going to aim for the first one with burst healing. For Talismans in gear, I vaguely remember it was stacking armor and toughness, is this still true? IS it 50/50 with maybe a few will power (I'm in ...
