I don't play choppa personally. I tried it, but didn't really enjoy how it played.
The main thing about choppa is that is requires a lot of support to get the most out of it. The mechanic it has means that to do maximum damage, you become extremely squishy. So, you need a tank to guard you, and a ...

Re: Potential new player
I'm trying to understand what makes this game special for some of you because it was first released in 2008 and now it's kept alive here through this private server correct?
There are basically two features of Warhammer Online that make it stand out and be unique:
1) The IP - WARHAMMER ...

Re: Help to decide Shaman, Squig Herder, Zealot, Engi and Bright Wizard
I don't know about order classes, so only commenting on destro.
Shaman is a blast! I'm of the opinion that shaman is currently the worst healer on destro, but the best damage dealer of the healers. Zealot and DoK just seem to pump out more consistent healing and more bubbles. Shaman has some nice ...

Re: A reflection on stealth classes
I don't really have any problem with WEs or WHs.
Are they a pain in the ass? Of course they are.......if you're playing a class that can't beat them. Getting jumped on my gobbos usually means death unless I can somehow get back at range and start kiting. But getting jumped on my BO usually means ...

If they could make the Black Orc off-sov shoulders dyeable, that'd be enough for me!

Re: Post Healer Patch Heal Shaman
I'll be the first to admit I'm not the best healer, far from it, so take my advice with a pinch of salt.
Since the healer patch, I've struggled with shaman healing. Mainly, FodG sucks when youre geared for healing. It now scales with intelligence, and crits based off magic crit, so if you're ...

Re: Class for someone who hates pvp
Personally, I'd recommend tank for first class.
You have the highest survivability, so you'll be alive longer to learn the ebb and flow of the game. This is especially true as most experienced players will basically ignore tanks and kill them last.
They are relatively simple to play. By that, I ...

Re: Two friends returning
Like it says in the other thread, pretty much any duo is viable. But ofc it all depends on what sort of content you wanna play.
I'd probably advise tank + healer combo personally.
This will mean every scenario you've at least got the basics covered and be a strong asset to the team. You'll also ...

Re: Pet stuck after receiving CC
I get this occasionally on my squig.
It doesnt happen all the time, but often enough. I find that if I hit the stop button, then the recall command will work. If I don't stop or attack first, the recall button doesnt work.
