Return of Reckoning

The fact that I see people not running Ensorcelled Agony has me mystified. It is one of our best damage tactics far and away. If I remember correctly when I played way back when and ran DPS parsers it beat out any other damage tactic. If you go are a Hoeth build it is even better.

Does the hotbar mod that changes your bar based on your stance still exist? I haven't been able to find it.
