... you are wrong though). Crit as a stat is less impactful than str/int (pre cap) and mag power/melee power (post cap). But people see "yummy big crit ... WE, when Def WE ignores the armor bonus on 90% of her attacks and the toughness bonus is not going to make a practical difference unless you stack it ...

... Warlord pieces and 3 Bloodlord pieces. I’d like to know if there are any caps or target values for in parry, toughness, and initiative. Honestly, I’m not really sure what numbers I should be aiming for in these stats.

Def WEs are a shadow of what they were. Stacking toughness and other pure defenses no longer work as good against other solo specs due to WB now ... WEs you see that seem to be def/regen are actually running strength soft cap builds, and have dropped FM for better tactics.

It will still stomp non solo builds, but the good solo WEs you see that seem to be def/regen are actually running strength soft cap ...
