Magus, unlike say sw, doesn't get the weapon contribution to dps, not to mention not having ws armor pen stacking with direct armor debuff. So physical dps gain quite a bit from needing to use ws, compared to casters. Or, can just stack a bit less str/ball/ws, since they get the ...

Witch elf,Squig herder, Dps dok/wp, Dps shaman or any tank 2h are all ... vs target has double toughness contribution(making original toughness ... based on luck except crit and crit works the same for all + Iniative had ... than currently imo.

Since the war is vast and not within my exclusive control i do not pay any attention to this part of ... if this is not the answer that you want but it's how i view things.
