They shifted the playstyle to make Sacrifice/Grace specs use a shield, in order to use Transfer Essence and Blood of my Blood.

No subjugator shield comes from purple bags from RVR, along with the rest of the subjugator weapons.

Ch 22 PQs are onslaught gear, which is separate.

Entry level shields can be found from the shield wielding WP looking merchants by like the altdorf career trainers. They can also be found in the warcamps.

Next step up is the subjugator shield from purple/gold bags. Then you can do pve dungeons or scenarios for the next few shields after that

how far back is SH range damage compared to the other range? The only issue with running a tank/mage is that you need to stay within 30 ft of him in order for your guard to actually work. I'm not running into these crashing issues - you have the 64bit client toggled on the launcher so that's good.

Did you recently add any new addons? If not, I would go through your addon list and slowly disable them to find out what might be crashing you.

Yea all influence is included as well except in PVE dungeons. But PQs, chapter influence, and RVR is all doubled
