I decided to go up the Skirmish tree on my SW while levelling, and I have unlocked the ability Barrage via tactics. Thing is, I shouldn't be able to do so at level 21, and the game actually seems to know that as the icon is red and whenever I use the ability I get "You cannot use this ability a...
