That isn't going to be the purpose of the skill rewrite.
That is a systems rewrite - meaning that it will be easier for devs to make changes in the future, not make immediate balance changes with said patch.

I don't think we need a 2:2:2 setup in every SC, but an SC shouldn't start without a healer and a tank on both sides. RDPS need limited in the queue to only fill so many spots on both sides. It should take longer to queue as an RDPS, but that's a needed evil with how many people play RDPS right now....
