Make somekinda IP Rekonizer what so ever. Lockouts should be up aswell. 1 thing at the time tho.

My question is : Rank 10 and up to RR 20, Correct? And it wont be possibel to grind RR hard while being low rank right? Example : Rank 10 RR 20 . Rank 11 RR 21 , Rank 12 RR 22. Rank 13 RR 23 Etc.
