There is alredy vote in game for that tough yes lets make vote on feeling be more important than a well costructed suggestion/criticism especiallly by not deep grasping pl inside game. Since this was directed at the old damage-healing mechanic, that is now completely removed, I don't see a reason to discuss these old proposals. It is probably hard to discuss this with the current balance.
It might be better to either note that this is directed at the old experimental mode, or lock it until the AM/Shaman changes are back to use these as reference.

I think Option 1: make it affected by outgoing heal debuffs. Iirc, it was temporarily changed to be affected by HDs, but it didn't seem to work and, thus, was reverted (?). Not enough testing was done on making it affected by HDs, imo, and it would've been cool to see outgoing HDs play more of a ro...
