Why are you comparing 9 set pieces with vic + sov vs 9 warlord + sov. I'm not, I'm comparing vic+sov vs warlord+vic as i know the vic boots/belt and 4 piece is great and the 2-3-4 is more of shield thing. You have access to 10 when going vic and sov Huh? For dps dok you'd still would go for vic+sov as you just get more value out of it than warlord. With jewels being locked in slot 4 the devs really gave you no other option if we are being honest here.
