Scheint nur n Tooltip-Fehler zu sein. Einfach mal ingame ausprobieren (mein Spalta ist leider noch zu klein dafür :/ )

Evtl. solltest du die Quest-, Item- und NPC-Namen nicht übersetzen. Die werden von der Datenbank geladen und die ist halt in Englisch. Könnte so zu weniger Verwirrung führen.
