Return of Reckoning

Both Sahman and AM are the weakest healing class of their respective faction. Both should recieve some buffs. No point in arguing which one is the worst when both are horrible compared to dok/wp and worse than rp/zealot in a group setting.

The only way to achieve balance between healers is to nerf dok/wp and adjust the other healers accordingly. Zealot/Rp need minor tweaks but are pretty much balanced.
