Tried Deleteing Cache, Repairing Game, 32 bit and 64 bit clients, switching chars etc.
Guessing it's because i have a lot of Quests in Log due orc city quests.

Cancel Mine - managed to load after multiple consequitive attempts - think it took about 8 trys

Artic Blast really needs to be made instant, or at least able to be cast of the move. Atm it's a 2 sec cast that requires the sorc to be stood still and only applies it's snare if the victim is cursed BW's get a 3sec instant stun and a snare on Withering Heat, so reducing the cast time on Arctic Bla...

Easyist way i can see for the Dev's to fix this is to just make all the Beast lord Quests repeatable in the same way RvR kill quests are.

Simply. You are doing a sequester without conditional checks. You test that it works. Disable NB.

There was one called CastSequence, but it got broken by the blocking of NB
