Comparing ranged SH and DD Shama, what's preferable for 6 man?

All by meself disabled due to it making SH to insane damage. We are looking into this issue. what insane dmg? even with 25%+25%+15% tactics and 750ws+6% armor pen from gear it was lower than WL. it will also stimulate more people to do the dungeons, as there is lack of equipment for off-specs and bis ring will be desired

tried the boss couple of times with organized guild parties and failed.
