You want to fix RoR you need to:

1. Buff order melee aoe cleave, nerf order ranged dps.

Man i hope your trolling or you have never been up against organized wb with slayers.

Forts are not dropping rewards. Been in 2 forts today, active capping BOs and diying to order zerg = no invaders / no loot.
