As a SH, my physical dmg dots seems to be ticking at oil but all physical direct damage is blocked 100% of the time.

If u want to play rSH in WB atm only viable spec is ShotTruYa spam, with ExpertSkirmisher tactic, u need a bit brain and awarness to make use of that spec and ofc proper Guard n Heal to keep u alive while being close to enemy, but if u really want to be AoE usefull as rSH thats the only proper way ...

Well, rSHs are an easy kill so they are targeted first. Most classes can burst kill you in 3 sec so you aren't much use to the WB.
