Those weapons are just regular drops/quest rewards or also require like 70 dungeon runs as they are way better than scenario weapons which need hundreds if not thousands of scenarios to get?

In the current metaplay what matters is the most for any melee class is armor ignore. Anything that makes a disadvantage for one side in that is a huge game balance breaking issue. The level of armor ignore that WE's have should seriously be nerfed, WE's should kill casters and melee dps, not tanks ...

Not anymore, it just makes you killed asap. The only real use case was with spammable Spellbreaker, but since it has a 10s cooldown now it's a worthless tactic.
