What about just mimicing the mara pull ? Rework it exactly the same, a 3s channeled ability wich breaks if out of LoS, and a "fake" pet animation (some kind of charge or colored VFX if pet cannot physically move to target) allowing target to react.

Allowing WH to spam DG doesnt sound like a good idea, especially when he can self-heal to full hitting 15+ targets (the radius is huge).

Already with a SM and WW, a 5s cd DG with self-heal is huge and make a guarded WH almost unkillable for 10s, against a wb.

There is simple way : got to unit frames > Effect indicator > create > fill with ID or name of your enchant > set icon and parameters such as size and position. I set up multiple indicators for my runes, tactic procs, HoTs and such, it's very easy to do as long you know how to setup them. ;)
