Had around 13k on my lastest R78, 500 spent on pre-BIS, probably 60/40 SC/RVR.
Rarely completing the RvR Weekly, also did 68-77 during the 2 2X events, so could have gotten probably 2-3k more.

But yeah, enough for 1 full BIS set without 10k ring.

+1 to Nef, parry stacking is great on BG, but will say you can actually get a good amount of crit, 12% from 6p bloodlord with 6% from fortress 2H, 15% from tactic and some other crit bits, if you are going for Hastened Doom procs, though you definitely won't be a frontline tank, more of a 2nd line s...

Decent suggestion, I wouldn't mind, except the 2% heal crit which would be BIS for AM/SHM/RP/ZL. Fleshrender is BIS(ish) for very niche solo regen specs, so don't mind that. She is farmed on cooldown since you can solo it, so maybe all lairs should have a big buff against soloers: +100% strikethroug...

Eh.. one of the few ways to currently kill somebody in an organized group is to punt the tank (and preferably both) at the same time, then burst the target (hopefully before a Bellow or AoE Detaunt neuters your attempt), then snowball kills from there.
